Those who find themselves in an emergency situation are often no longer able to move as well in everyday life. We work together to find solutions that are flexible and tailored to the needs and strengths of clients. The environment plays an important role in this.
Possible contents:
Development of sleep hygiene
Relaxation techniques (e.g. yoga, breathing techniques)
Handicraft work
Development of a daily structure
Skill training
Biography work
Support for integration into a new (home, cultural) environment
Wednesday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Open interdisciplinary consultation hours (without registration)
Tuesday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Appointment consultation (with registration)
The first contact and discussion of your concerns usually takes place during open consultation hours on Wednesdays. If this is not convenient for you, please contact us by email and we will find a solution.
