Those who find themselves in an emergency situation are often no longer able to move as well in everyday life. We work together to find solutions that are flexible and tailored to the needs and strengths of clients. The environment plays an important role in this.

Development of sleep hygiene
Relaxation techniques (e.g. breathing techniques)
Developing a daily structure
Skills training
Biography work
Support with integration into a new (domestic, cultural) environment
Everyday counselling is part of the project "STEPS - Strengthening Social Participation, Empowerment and Participation in Schönefeld". You can find a detailed description of our project here.
The project is funded by the European Social Fund (ESF), tax revenue based on the budget approved by the members of the Saxon state parliament and budget funds from the City of Leipzig.
Wednesday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Open interdisciplinary consultation hours (without registration)
The first contact and discussion of your concerns usually takes place during open consultation hours on Wednesdays. If this is not convenient for you, please contact us by email and we will find a solution.
Due to the high demand for counselling, there may currently be waiting times.
