Advice, self-help, neighbourhood meeting place - all under one roof. Free of charge, anonymous if you wish and with language mediation if required.

All our services are based on the fundamental assumption that social determinants have a major influence on our health. Our health is significantly influenced by our environment. We therefore aim to address individual problems and resources, but also to look at the conditions that make us ill. That's why we offer a range of individual counseling sessions as well as spaces for exchange and collective empowerment.

Open office hours

All counseling sessions take place here at the same time: general social counseling, psychological counseling, everyday counseling and health counseling.

General social counseling

The general social counseling service is closed until August. Until then, there will be no consultation hours or appointments.

Psychological counseling

Psychological counseling is a point of contact for people seeking support in challenging life situations or psychological stress. The counseling is anonymous, no one has to give personal data.

Everyday counseling

Those who find themselves in an emergency situation are often no longer able to move as well in everyday life. We work together to find solutions that are flexible and tailored to the needs and strengths of clients. The environment plays an important role in this.

Health advice

In general health counseling, we provide support with questions about nutrition, screening, prevention and dealing with illnesses. Many people do not understand their illnesses properly or do not know what effect their diagnosis has.

With the neighborhood - health-related community work

As part of our health-related community work, we regularly organize events together with our neighbors. Come by the neighborhood meeting every Wednesday from 2-5 p.m. and talk with us!
