Events – March 2026
ADHD affects many people - and yet there is still a lot of half-knowledge, clichés and "tips" circulating that are more stressful than helpful. On this evening, we want to create an understandable introduction that is suitable for everyday life: What actually is ADHD - and what isn't? How can it manifest itself in adulthood? And why does it sometimes feel like your brain is running five tabs at the same time - but none of them are loading?
We invite experts in this field and also provide insights from those affected - in the sense of a human library. The discussion will be moderated; afterwards there will be room for questions and discussion.
Who is it for? For anyone who wants to better understand ADHD - low-threshold, without prior knowledge, questions welcome.
(Note: no therapy or diagnosis appointment)
