We are advertising a position in the Federal Volunteer Service for our open door as of 01.01.2026.
The Solidarische Gesundheitszentrum Leipzig e.V. is a district health centre in the
Leipzig district of Schönefeld. Our approach is to think health holistically and interdisciplinarily.

The vacant position in the Federal Voluntary Service is part of our Ag "Open Door" with the following tasks:
- Supervision of the open door (on fixed days)
First point of contact in the district health centre and welcoming
people who come to us
Advising visitors/clients of the centre about the centre's services
of the centre, reducing fear of contact
Occasional representation at the open door, at the open interdisciplinary consultation hours once a week on Wednesdays

Telephone and personal contact person for information and appointments, transferring clients between the centre's services
- Participation in team, working group and collective meetings
- Participation in the plenary session every fortnight on Thursday evenings (6-8 pm)
We see the BFD as a low-paid voluntary position. The so-called monthly
pocket money of €250 paid out each month is not deductible from the citizen's allowance. The conditions
as fair and transparent as possible.

- Interest in grassroots democratic working methods (you are no stranger to consensus voting)
- German and English spoken and written, mega plus point would be another language
- Reliability and a conscientious way of working
We are happy if applicants have these experiences and skills. However, we also see a BFD as a learning environment.
