Practical, three-hour training in a pleasant learning atmosphere
Teaching basic resuscitation skills
Exercises with a defibrillator (AED)
Reduction of uncertainties and fears in order to be able to act quickly in an emergency
Participation from the age of 18, no previous knowledge required
Comfortable clothing is recommended
Participation is free of charge, the number of places is limited
