Free, practical training in a relaxed learning environment
Teaching basic resuscitation skills
Practical exercises with a defibrillator (AED)
Overcoming uncertainties and fears so that you can act quickly in an emergency
Open to those aged 18 and over; no prior knowledge required
Comfortable clothing is recommended
Participation is free of charge; places are limited, so please book in advance
